Paper Bird for Giadinh Bank
Created for G Brand ex HCMC, this mixed-media film blends handcrafted paper environments with seamlessly integrated 3D animated birds to create a visually distinctive and tactile world. Designed to symbolise the arrival of Giadinh Bank in Vietnam, the central bird character moves through miniature landscapes built entirely from real paper and cardboard, bringing warmth, texture, and authenticity to the piece.
The project combined practical model-making with carefully studied character animation, resulting in a charming visual style that balances handcrafted artistry with cinematic digital storytelling.
